Abstract
This study aims to examine the influence of resilience level on work performance among millennial employees. Using a quantitative approach, this study involved 121 employees aged 29–44 years working in a food and beverage company in Jakarta. Resilience was measured using the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC), and work performance was measured through company appraisal
scores (KPI + 360-degree feedback). Data were analyzed using simple linear regression. The result indicated that resilience is not correlated with employee performance (⍴ = 0.091, p= 0.321). This finding suggests that while resilience is often considered important in workplace functioning, its direct effect on performance may be limited or mediated by other contextual factors. Further research is needed to explore alternative mechanisms linking resilience to workplace outcomes.
