Abstract

Latar Belakang: Kader Posyandu memiliki peran penting dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan dasar, termasuk edukasi, pencegahan penyakit, dan manajemen kesehatan, terutama dalam program kesehatan ibu dan anak. Namun, di Indonesia kinerja kader Posyandu masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan. Di Posyandu Binong, hanya 75% dari 145 kader yang aktif dengan tingkat penimbangan balita sebesar 67,5%, yang masih di bawah target nasional sebesar 80%. Salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja kader adalah lamanya mereka bekerja. Tujuan Penelitian: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara lama masa kerja dengan kinerja kader di Posyandu Binong. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional, yang dilakukan terhadap seluruh kader aktif menggunakan metode total sampling sebanyak 109 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner yang telah melalui uji content validity index yang dimulai dari tanggal 8 April 2025 - 19 April 2025. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat, dengan uji statistik Chi Square untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel. Hasil penelitian: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar kader tergolong pekerja lama (>3 tahun) sebanyak 82,6% dan 56% dari total responden menunjukkan kinerja baik. Analisis bivariat menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan antara lama masa kerja dengan kinerja kader (p-value = 0,002). Kesimpulan: Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara lama masa kerja dengan kinerja kader di Posyandu Binong. Rekomendasi: Peneliti merekomendasikan perlunya pelatihan kader secara berkala berdasarkan masa kerja serta pembinaan kader baru oleh kader berpengalaman guna mendukung peningkatan mutu pelayanan Posyandu secara berkelanjutan./ Background: Cadre have an important role in providing basic health services, including education, disease prevention, and health management, especially in mother and child health programs. However, in Indonesia, the performance of Posyandu cadres still faces various challenges. In Posyandu Binong, only 75% of 145 cadres are active, with an under-five weighing rate of 67.5%, which is still below the national target of 80%. One factor that may affect the performance of volunteers is how long they have worked. Research Objective: This study aims to analyze the correlation between length of service with the performance of cadres at Posyandu Binong. Research Methods: This is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional approach. The study used total sampling and involved 109 active cadres. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire that had gone through content validity index tests starting from April 8, 2025 - April 19, 2025. The Chi-Square test was used to see the correlation between the variables. Result: The results showed that most volunteers had worked for more than three years 82.6% and that 56% of them had good performance. Bivariate analysis revealed a significant correlation between the length of service and volunteer performance (p-value = 0,002). Conclusion: It can be concluded that there is a correlation between length of service and cadre performance at Posyandu Binong. Recommendation: It is recommended that regular training be provided based on the length of service, and that experienced volunteers mentor new ones to support the continuous improvement of Posyandu service quality.
