Abstract
Klinik esetika dan bedah plastik Nulook merupakan penyedia layanan kecantikan swasta yang terletak di Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia. Perkembangan layanan kecantikan pada sektor swasta saat ini berkembang dengan sangat pesat. Oleh karena itu, kualitas layanan yang diberikan harus mampu bersaing agar dapat menarik minat pasien untuk datang ke fasilitas kesehatan mereka. Masalah yang dihadapi oleh Klinik Nulook merupakan kurangnya kepuasan pasien yang menyebabkan menurunnya jumlah pasien non-operasi yang datang untuk menerima layanan kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan waktu tunggu, kewajaran harga, komunikasi dan kepercayaan terhadap kepuasan pasien non-operasi pada klinik Nulook. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dan metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi sasaran penelitian ini adalah pasien non-operasi yang telah menjalani perawatan di klinik Nulook minimal 1 kali dalam 3 bulan terakhir dan minimal berusia 17 tahun. Jumlah sampel ditentukan sebanyak 205 sampel. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modellling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 2 hipotesis yang didukung atau diterima dan signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pasien di klinik Nulook yaitu hipotesis 2 dan 3. / The Nulook Aesthetic and Plastic Surgery Clinic is a private beauty service provider located in Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia. The development of beauty services in the private sector is currently growing very rapidly. Therefore, the quality of services provided must be competitive to attract patients to their healthcare facilities. The issue faced by the Nulook Clinic is the lack of patient satisfaction, which has led to a decrease in the number of non-surgical patients seeking healthcare services. This study aims to determine the relationship between waiting time, price fairness, communication, and trust in the satisfaction of non-surgical patients at the Nulook Clinic. This research employs quantitative methods and data collection is done using a questionnaire. The target population for this study is non- surgical patients who have received treatment at the Nulook Clinic at least once in the last three months and are at least 17 years old. The sample size is set at 205 samples. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Data analysis in this study utilizes Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of the study indicate that t here are 2 hypotheses that are supported or accepted and have a significant positive effect on patient satisfaction at the Nulook clinic, namely hypotheses 2 and 3.
