Abstract
"Lingkungan pembelajaran klinik, supervisi, dan peran dosen perawat merupakan komponen penting dalam membentuk kompetensi mahasiswa keperawatan. Faktor
sosiodemografi seperti jenis kelamin dan suku diduga dapat memengaruhi persepsi mahasiswa terhadap pengalaman belajar klinik, namun belum banyak di teliti secara spesifik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif korelasional pendekatan cross-sectional. Sebanyak 198 mahasiswa
keperawatan tingkat akhir di Suatu Universitas Swasta Tangerang dipilih sebagai responden melalui teknik purposive sampling. instrumen penelitian terdiri dari data
sosiodemografi dan kuesioner CLES+T versi Bahasa Indonesia yang telah divalidasi dengan nilai S-CVI 0,9405, validitas PCA 67%, dan reliabilitas Cronbach alpha 0,786. Analisis Chi-square digunakan untuk menguji hubungan
antara variabel sosiodemografi dan pengalaman belajar mahasiswa berdasarkan kuesioner CLES+T, dengan p-value < 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa
tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara jenis kelamin (p-value = 0,779) maupun suku (p-value = 0,160) dengan tingkat kepuasan terhadap lingkungan
pembelajaran klinik, supervisi dan dosen perawat. Peneliti menyarankan untuk mengembangkan penelitian selanjutan pada faktor – faktor yang memengaruhi
pembelajaran klinik secara lebih mendalam, serta mempertimbangkan metode total sampling guna memperoleh data yang lebih representatif dan hasil yang lebih akurat/The clinical learning environment, supervision, and the role of nurse lecturers are important components in shaping nursing student competence. Sociodemographic
factors such as gender and ethnicity are thought to influence student perceptions of clinical learning experiences, but have not been specifically studied. This study used a quantitative approach with a descriptive correlational design with a cross sectional approach. A total of 198 final year nursing students at a private university
in Tangerang were selected as respondents through purposive sampling technique. The research instruments consisted of sociodemographic data and the Indonesian
version of the CLES+T questionnaire which had been validated with an S-CVI value of 0.9405, PCA validity of 67%, and Cronbach alpha reliability of 0.786. Chi square analysis was used to test the relationship between sociodemographic variables and student learning experience based on the CLES+T questionnaire,
with a p-value <0.05. The results showed that there was no significant relationship between gender (p-value = 0.779) or ethnicity (p-value = 0.160) with the level of satisfaction with the clinical learning environment, supervision and nurse lecturers. Researchers suggest developing further research on factors that influence clinical learning in more depth, as well as considering the total sampling method in order to obtain more representative data and more accurate results".
