Abstract
PT Anugrah Fajar Rezeki (AFR) merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang minyak kelapa sawit. Saat ini, proses pengolahan dan pengecekan absensi pegawai di AFR melibatkan upaya manual yang ekstensif oleh staf di
pabrik dan kantor. Prosedur ini mencakup serangkaian langkah yang cukup panjang, dimulai dari pengambilan data dari mesin absensi hingga pengiriman data tersebut ke kantor pusat untuk pengelolaan lebih lanjut, pegawai
menyampaikan permohonan cuti kepada bagian HRD hanya secara lisan, tanpa melalui prosedur tertulis atau sistem yang terdokumentasi, dan penyimpanan data informasi pegawai saat ini masih dikelola oleh bagian HRD di kantor
menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Excel sebagai media pencatatan utama. Untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut, maka perlu dirancang sebuah sistem informasi human resource management berbasis web. Penelitian ini akan menggunakan metode Waterfall untuk perancangan sistem informasi ini karena proses menjadi lebih teratur, urutan proses pengerjaan menggunakan metode ini
menjadi lebih teratur dari satu tahap ke tahap yang selanjutnya. Sedangkan, alat
bantu perancangan yang digunakan adalah unified modeling language (UML). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah aplikasi website human resource management yang mampu mengoptimasikan pengelolaan data karyawan, karena karyawan dapat melakukan pengisian datanya sendiri sehingga dapat meringankan kerja dari staf HRD pada perusahaan. Selain itu, website juga mengefektifkan proses absensi dan cuti, dimana karyawan dapat melakukan pengisian data sendiri. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian User Acceptance Testing, diperoleh informasi bahwa website yang dirancang telah memenuhi ekspektasi hasil yang diinginkan.
/ PT Anugrah Fajar Rezeki (AFR) is a company engaged in the palm oil
industry. Currently, the process of managing and verifying employee attendance at AFR involves extensive manual eff orts by staff at both the factory and of ice. This procedure includes a series of lengthy steps, starting from retrieving data from the attendance machine to sending the data to the head of ice for further processing. Leave requests are submitted verbally by employees to the HR department, without any written procedure or documented system. Additionally, employee data is still managed by the HR department at the of ice using Microsoft
Excel as the primary recording tool. To address these issues, a web-based Human Resource Management Information System needs to be developed. This study uses the Waterfall method for system design, as it offers a more organized work flow with clearly sequential development stages. The design tools used in this research are based on the Unified Modeling Language (UML). The result of this study is a human resource management website application that optimizes employee data management, as employees can input their own data, thereby reducing the workload of HR staff . Furthermore, the website streamlines the attendance and leave processes, allowing employees to record their data independently. Based on User Acceptance Testing results, it is concluded that the designed website meets the expected outcomes.
