Abstract
Guardian ID experienced a decline in purchasing decisions, which resulted in a decreased in its top brand award, caused by online customer reviews, ratings, and trust. The objective of this study is to investigate whether online customer reviews, ratings, and trust have partial and simultaneous influence towards purchasing decisions at Guardian ID.
Online customer reviews, ratings, and trust play important roles in increasing purchasing decisions.
In this research, the writer used quantitative, descriptive, causal research design and IBM SPSS statistics version 26. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The sample size was 210 respondents.
This research passed the validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test and the equation is Y = 3.273 + 0.100 X1+ 0.094 X2+ 0.207 X3. The results of hypothesis test showed that online customer reviews, ratings, and trust have partial and simultaneous significant influence towards purchasing decisions at Guardian ID and adjusted R square value of 61.7%.
Recommendations for Guardian ID can ask customers for feedback on their experience by paying attention to the products with customers to review the transaction, improvements to its services that are more satisfying so that customers have a positive experience and can give good ratings. Meanwhile maintains transparency by making the delivery process traceable and visible to customers. / Guardian ID mengalami penurunan keputusan pembelian yang berakibat pada penurunan top brand award yang disebabkan oleh ulasan pelanggan online, rating dan kepercayaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ulasan pelanggan online, rating dan kepercayaan memiliki pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian di Guardian ID.
Ulasan pelanggan online, peringkat dan kepercayaan memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan keputusan pembelian.
Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif, deskriptif, kausal, dan IBM SPSS statistik versi 26. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan Guardian ID. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 210 responden.
Penelitian ini telah melalui uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji regresi linier berganda dan diperoleh persamaan Y= 3,273 + 0,100 X1+ 0,094 X2+ 0,207 X3. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa ulasan pelanggan online, rating dan kepercayaan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial dan simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian di Guardian ID dan nilai adjusted R square sebesar 61,7%.
Rekomendasi untuk Guardian ID dapat meminta umpan balik dari pelanggan atas pengalaman mereka dengan memperhatikan produk dengan pelanggan untuk meninjau kembali transaksi, perbaikan pada layanannya yang lebih memuaskan sehingga pelanggan memiliki pengalaman yang positif dan dapat memberikan penilaian yang baik, serta menjaga transparansi dengan membuat proses pengiriman dapat dilacak dan terlihat oleh pelanggan.
