Abstract

Kegiatan seminar hasil ini bertujuan untuk mempresentasikan penelitian analisis dari pengaruh kualitas aplikasi dan kecepatan layanan terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan Generasi Z di Jakarta Utara pada layanan pesan antar makanan. Fokus penelitian ini adalah pada penggunaan aplikasi layanan pesan antar makanan secara umum di kalangan masyarakat Indonesia. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 203 responden yang aktif menggunakan layanan pesan antar makanan, dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas aplikasi dan kecepatan layanan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, yang juga berdampak positif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. / This result seminar activity aims to present an analytical research the influence of application quality and service speed on customer satisfaction and loyalty among Generation Z in North Jakarta. The research focuses on the general use of food delivery service applications among Indonesian society. A quantitative approach was employed using the Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 203 respondents who actively use food delivery services, selected using purposive sampling. The results show that application quality and service speed have a positive effect on customer satisfaction, which in turn positively impacts customer loyalty.
