Abstract

Beberapa tahun belakangan ini, sektor usaha kafe menunjukkan perkembangan yang pesat dan terus meningkat, terutama didorong oleh perubahan gaya hidup dan meningkatnya budaya konsumsi kopi di berbagai negara. Dalam konteks ini, kualitas produk yang dijual serta kualitas layanan yang dijalani oleh kafe tersebut menjadi hal yang sangat penting untuk mendorong serta meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian yang dilakukan ini bertujuan guna dapat menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk dan kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Buterfields Café. Urgensi penelitian ini terletak pada masih minimnya studi yang secara bersamaan mengkaji kedua variabel ini. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan teknik purposive sampling untuk menentukan banyaknya sampel. sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 160 responden yang merupakan pelanggan yang telah melakukan pembelian dalam kurun waktu minimal satu bulan terakhir. Data didapatkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang dirancang untuk dapat mengukur persepsi yang diberikan oleh responden terhadap kualits produk dan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan. Teknik analisis data yang dimanfaatkan ialah Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil dari analisis yang telah ditemukan, menunjukan bahwa Kualitas produk memberikan kontribusi penting dalam membangun kepuasan pelanggan melalui persepsi terhadap rasa dan penyajian, sementara kualitas pelayanan berperan dalam menciptakan pengalaman positif bagi pelanggan. Temuan ini menunjukan bahwa Butterfields Café dapat meningkatkan strategi pemasaran dengan fokus pada peningkatan kualitas produk dan pelayanan. / In recent years, the cafe business sector has shown rapid and increasing develop- ment, mainly driven by changes in lifestyle and the increasing culture of coffee con- sumption in various countries. In this context, the quality of the products sold and the quality of the services provided by the cafe are very important to encourage and increase customer satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction at Buterfields Café. The ur- gency of this study lies in the lack of studies that simultaneously examine these two variables. In this study, the researcher used a purposive sampling technique to de- termine the number of samples. The sample of this study consisted of 160 respond- ents who were customers who had made purchases within a minimum of one month. Data were obtained through the distribution of questionnaires designed to measure the perceptions given by respondents regarding product quality and service quality provided. The data analysis technique used was Structural Equation Modeling-Par- tial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results of the analysis that have been found, show that Product quality makes an important contribution in building customer satis- faction through perceptions of taste and presentation, while service quality plays a role in creating a positive experience for customers. This finding shows that But- terfields Café can improve its marketing strategy by focusing on improving product and service quality.
