Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan pola komunikasi anak-anak dalam interaksi dengan teman sebaya di Desa Poris Gaga Baru, Kota Tangerang, dengan fokus pada kegiatan bermain bersama di Taman Kanak-Kanak (TK). Penelitian ini juga menganalisis cara anak-anak mengungkapkan permintaan bantuan kepada teman sebaya atau guru, serta memahami ekspresi emosi seperti marah atau kecewa dalam interaksi sosial. Selain itu, penelitian ini mengevaluasi peran guru dalam mendukung perkembangan pola komunikasi anak-anak melalui pendekatan bimbingan yang efektif. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif, yang bertujuan untuk menggali data deskriptif berupa kata-kata yang tertulis dan lisan dari subjek penelitian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, dengan analisis data yang melibatkan reduksi data, penyajian data secara naratif, dan verifikasi untuk menarik kesimpulan yang mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola komunikasi anak di Taman Kanak Kanak Ananda bersifat dinamis dan dipengaruhi oleh tahap perkembangan, lingkungan sosial, serta bimbingan guru. Pola komunikasi dua arah dan multi arah mendominasi, dengan anak-anak mengekspresikan diri melalui bahasa verbal sederhana dan non-verbal seperti gestur dan mimik. Perbedaan gaya komunikasi antara anak aktif dan pendiam menonjol, namun keduanya berkembang dengan dukungan guru sebagai fasilitator dan orang tua sebagai pendidik utama di rumah. Sinergi sekolah dan keluarga terbukti penting dalam membentuk kemampuan komunikasi sosial anak.

This study aims to describe the communication patterns of young children
in their interactions with peers at Ananda Kindergarten in Poris Gaga Baru
Village, Tangerang City, with a focus on joint play activities. The study also
explores how children express requests for help from peers or teachers and how
they convey emotions such as anger or disappointment during social interactions.
Furthermore, it examines the role of teachers in supporting the development of
children’s communication patterns through effective guidance strategies. A
qualitative descriptive approach was used to explore descriptive data in the form
of spoken and written expressions from the research subjects. Data were collected
through field observations, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis
involved data reduction, narrative presentation, and verification to draw in-depth
conclusions. The results indicate that the communication patterns of young children
at Ananda Kindergarten are dynamic and shaped by developmental stages, social
environments, and teacher guidance. Two-way and multi-way communication
patterns dominate, with children expressing themselves through simple verbal
language as well as non-verbal means such as gestures and facial expressions.
Noticeable differences were found between the communication styles of more active
and quieter children; however, both groups showed progress with support from
teachers as facilitators and parents as primary educators at home. The synergy
between school and family plays a critical role in developing children's social
communication skills.
