Kegagalan dalam berwirausaha merupakan suatu hal yang sangat umum terjadi, terutama untuk wirausahawan yang baru pertama kali membuka usaha, namun disisi lain kegagalan tersebut dapat menjadi suatu pembelajaran untuk dapat berkembang menjadi wirausahawan yang lebih baik selama mereka bersedia untuk memulai kembali usahanya. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor faktor apa saja yang dipandang dapat meningkatkan atau mempengaruhi kesediaan seorang wirausahan yang pernah mengalami kegagalan untuk memulai kembali usahanya. Penelitian ini termasuk kedalam jenis penelitian kuantitatif, dengan jumlah sampel yang didapatkan adalah sebanyak 500 responden, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah PLS SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa entrepreneurial self-efficacy memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap perceived learning from failure dan recovery capabilities. Internal locus of control memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap perceived learning from failure dan recovery capabilities. Perceived learning from failure memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap continuance of entrepreneurship engagement dan new opportunity recognition. Serta recovery capabilities memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap perceived learning from failure, continuance of entrepreneurship engagement dan new opportunity recognition. / Failure in entrepreneurship is a very common thing, especially for entrepreneurs who are just starting a business, but on the other hand, failure can be a lesson to be able to develop into better entrepreneurs as long as they are willing to restart their business. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine what factors are considered to be able to increase or influence the willingness of an entrepreneur who has experienced failure to restart his business. This study is included in the type of quantitative research, with the number of samples obtained being 500 respondents, the data collection technique used was a questionnaire and the data analysis technique used was PLSSEM. The results of the study showed that entrepreneurial self-efficacy has a significant and positive effect on perceived learning from failure and recovery capabilities. Internal locus of control has a significant and positive effect on perceived learning from failure and recovery capabilities. Perceived learning from failure has a significant and positive effect on continuance of entrepreneurship engagement and new opportunity recognition. And recovery capabilities have a significant and positive effect on perceived learning from failure, continuance of entrepreneurship engagement and new opportunity recognition.
