India is a country that has a lot of potential in resources. Many of the potential of the country of India because of its strategic location as well as its population. It makes the countries in the world including Indonesia keen to collaborate with the country of India. Indonesia cooperate with India under AIFTA forum. This cooperation must give effect to the two countries, especially in the agricultural industry in Indonesia. FTA also affect cooperation between Indonesia and India this 2005-2011 period. With this cooperation, the economies of both countries had evolved. Data collection was done by using the literature and in-depth interviews with a representative part of South Asia, the Pacific, and the Middle East Directorate ASEAN Cooperation at the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia. The authors also conducted the data analysis development cooperation between Indonesia and India 2005-2011 period, the effect of the FTA on forums cooperation between Indonesia and India, and also the impact of cooperation between Indonesia and India to Indonesia's agricultural industry. Analysis of the data used is Event-Structure Analysis and illustrative. From the research it can be seen how the development of cooperation between Indonesia-India FTA period 2005-2011 and how important influence on establishment of cooperation, as well as the impact of cooperation between Indo nesia and India are quite significant to the agricultural industry in Indonesia. Judging from the results obtained by the two countries, cooperation between Indonesia and India in the economic field can be said to be successful. The results obtained by the two countries will be different, however, both countries having positive results during this cooperation takes place.
