Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menujii faktor-faktor yang diduga dapat mempengaruhi continuance intention: 1) performance expectancy, 2) effort expectancy, 3) price saving orientation, 4) social influence, 5) facilitating condition. Lima variabel independen tersebut diduga dapat berpengaruh terhadap continuance intention. Dari orang-orang pertama kali tertarik untuk menggunakan OVO dan pada akhirnya apakah pengguna-pengguna OVO masih ingin tetap menggunakan OVO kedepanya? Apa yang menjadi daya tarik OVO untuk mempertahankan pengguna-penggunanya dalam jangka panjang? Penelitian ini akan membantu menjelaskan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain descriptive dan metode survei dengan populasi pengguna OVO di negara Indonesia. Dengan sampel sebanyak 200 responden, dengan metode pengambilan sampel, purposive sample, kuisioner dengan 24 indikator pertanyaan.
