Virus influenza dikenal mudah bermutasi. Saat ini bukan hanya di Indonesia saja namun secara global, beredar tipe virus influenza A dan virus influenza B beserta subtipenya. Selain itu influenza zoonotic juga beredar, influenza zoonotic merupakan penyakit yang disebabkan oleh virus influenza hewan yang menyebar dari hewan ke manusia. WHO merekomendasikan vaksinasi influenza pada kelompok berisiko, seperti tenaga kesehatan. Pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku tenaga kesehatan adalah salah satu komponen yang berkontribusi pada tingkat vaksinasi yang rendah. Tenaga kesehatan sangat penting dalam memberikan informasi dan rekomendasi tentang vaksinasi kepada pasien karena mereka adalah garda terdepan dalam pelayanan kesehatan. Oleh karena itu, peneliti ingin melakukan survei dengan metode cross sectional survey untuk melihat korelasi antara tingkat pengetahuan tenaga kesehatan tentang vaksinasi influenza dengan sikap dan perilaku tenaga kesehatan terkait vaksinasi influenza. Penelitian dilakukan dari bulan Januari – Maret 2025. Didapatkan pengetahuan tenaga kesehatan yang 'CUKUP’ hingga ‘BAIK”. Terdapat korelasi pengetahuan tenaga kesehata dengan sikap tenaga kesehatan menerima kebijakan vaksinasi (P= 0.024) / Influenza viruses are known to mutate easily. Currently, not only in Indonesia but globally, influenza A virus types and influenza B viruses and their subtypes are circulating. WHO recommends influenza vaccination in at-risk groups, such as health workers. Health workers' knowledge, attitudes and behaviors are among the components that contribute to low vaccination rates. Health workers are very important in providing information and recommendations about vaccination to patients because they are the frontline in health services. Therefore, the researcher wanted to conduct a cross sectional survey to see the correlation between the level of knowledge of health workers about influenza vaccination and the attitudes and behaviors of health workers regarding influenza vaccination. The study was conducted from January - March 2025. It was found that the knowledge of health workers was “ENOUGH” to “GOOD”. There is a correlation between health workers' knowledge and health workers' attitude towards vaccination policy (P = 0.024).
