Abstract

UMKM sektor elektronik berperan penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia, namun masih banyak yang mengandalkan pencatatan manual dalam pengelolaan stok dan transaksi. Pendekatan ini berisiko menimbulkan kesalahan, memperlambat proses, dan menyulitkan pengambilan keputusan termasuk penentuan harga jual optimal, terutama ketika produk berasal dari berbagai pemasok dengan harga modal yang bervariasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan aplikasi berbasis Android yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi pengelolaan stok serta mendukung keputusan penjualan berbasis data. Fitur utama aplikasi meliputi pemindaian barcode/QR untuk mempercepat pencarian produk, kalkulasi profit dinamis, dan rekomendasi rentang harga jual optimal yang menerapkan logika berbasis aturan dan algoritma greedy dengan strategi LCF. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif yang mencakup analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, pengembangan, implementasi dan pengujian pada toko elektronik sebagai studi kasus. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi berpotensi mempercepat waktu input stok sebesar 23,63 detik, pencarian produk 3,8 detik, dan perhitungan harga jual 62,7 detik. Hasil survei kepuasan pengguna setelah pengujian menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan yang tinggi, dengan nilai rata-rata 4,97 dari skala 5. Meskipun pengujian dilakukan dalam skala terbatas pada satu toko dengan tiga responden, hasil ini mengindikasikan bahwa aplikasi yang dikembangkan berpotensi memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam meningkatkan akurasi dan efisiensi pengelolaan stok serta penjualan di UMKM elektronik. / Electronics-sector MSMEs plays a crucial role in Indonesia’s economy; however, many still rely on manual records for stock and transaction management. This approach is prone to errors, slows down processes, and complicates decision-making especially when determining optimal selling prices for products sourced from multiple suppliers with varying cost prices. This study aims to design and develop an Android-based mobile application to improve the efficiency and accuracy of stock management and support data-driven sales decisions. The main features include barcode/QR scanning to accelerate product searches, dynamic profit calculation, and optimal selling price range recommendation, built using rule-based logic and a greedy algorithm with a LCF strategy. The research uses a descriptive quantitative approach, including requirement analysis, design, development, implementation and testing in an electronics store as a case study. Time measurements show that the application improves input time by 23.63 seconds, product search by 3.8 seconds, and price range calculation by 62.7 seconds. A post-testing user satisfaction survey showed a high satisfaction level, with an average score of 4.97 out of 5. Although testing was limited to one store with three respondents, the results indicate the app’s potential to improve accuracy and efficiency in stock and sales management for electronic MSMEs.
