Abstract

Aplikasi Alfagift merupakan platform belanja daring milik Alfamart yang menyediakan layanan pemesanan produk secara online, pencarian toko terdekat, dan informasi promosi. Namun, beberapa pengguna masih merasa kurang puas terhadap performa aplikasi ini, yang terlihat dari ulasan dan kritik yang diberikan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis tingkat kepuasan pengguna dan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kepuasan dalam menggunakan aplikasi Alfagift. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara online kepada pengguna Alfagift. Sampel berjumlah 204 responden diperoleh menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan rumus Slovin. Instrumen penelitian disusun berdasarkan lima dimensi dari metode End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS), yaitu: content, accuracy, format, ease of use, dan timeliness. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel content dan ease of use berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna aplikasi Alfagift karena nilai signifikannya < 0,05. Sementara itu, variabel accuracy, format, dan timeliness tidak berpengaruh signifikan dikarenakan nilai signifikannya > 0,05. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan pengembangan aplikasi agar lebih responsif terhadap kebutuhan pengguna. /Alfagift is an online shopping platform owned by Alfamart that provides services such as online product ordering, store locator, and promotional information. However, some users still feel dissatisfied with the performance of the application, as seen from reviews and criticisms submitted. Therefore, this study was conducted to analyze user satisfaction levels and identify the factors that influence satisfaction in using the Alfagift application. This research employs a quantitative approach by distributing online questionnaires to Alfagift users. A total of 204 respondents were obtained using purposive sampling and the Slovin formula. The research instrument was developed based on the five dimensions of the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method, namely: content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness. The analytical technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that the variables of content and ease of use have a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction with the Alfagift application, as their significance values are less than 0.05. Meanwhile, the variables of accuracy, format, and timeliness do not have a significant effect, as their significance values are greater than 0.05. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for improving the application to better respond to user needs.
