Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Service Quality dan Restaurant Atmosphere terhadap Customer Purchase Intention pada Restoran Megumi Mazesoba. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode analisis data melalui uji path coefficient menggunakan SmartPLS. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) untuk mengetahui pengaruh Service Quality terhadap Customer Purchase Intention, (2) untuk mengetahui pengaruh Restaurant Atmosphere terhadap Customer Purchase Intention, dan (3) untuk mengetahui pengaruh Service Quality dan Restaurant Atmosphere secara bersama-sama terhadap Customer Purchase Intention. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Service
Quality memiliki pengaruh paling tinggi terhadap Customer Purchase Intention dengan nilai path coefficient sebesar 0,714. Selanjutnya, Restaurant Atmosphere juga memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan dengan nilai path coefficient sebesar 0,183. Kedua variabel tersebut secara bersama-sama berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap niat beli pelanggan di Restoran Megumi Mazesoba. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan kualitas layanan dan suasana restoran dapat menjadi strategi penting dalam mendorong keputusan pembelian konsumen
