Abstract

Transformasi digital dalam layanan pemesanan makanan semakin dibutuhkan seiring berkembangnya teknologi informasi. MumuKitchen ID merupakan usaha catering yang masih menggunakan metode pemesanan manual, sehingga berisiko menimbulkan kesalahan pencatatan dan ketidakefisienan dalam pengelolaan data. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan dan merancang sistem informasi pemesanan catering berbasis web guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi data. Metode yang digunakan adalah prototyping, dengan pendekatan iteratif yang melibatkan pengguna dalam proses evaluasi dan penyempurnaan sistem. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan framework Laravel, dan dirancang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dua jenis pengguna: admin dan pelanggan. Admin dapat mengelola data pesanan, menu, dan pelanggan, sedangkan pelanggan dapat melihat menu dan melakukan pemesanan secara online. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah rancangan sistem informasi yang diharapkan dapat mempermudah proses bisnis, meningkatkan pelayanan pelanggan, dan meminimalisir kesalahan dalam pencatatan pesanan./Digital transformation in food ordering services is increasingly necessary in line with technological advancements. MumuKitchen ID is a catering business that still relies on manual ordering methods, which pose risks of data entry errors and inefficiency. This study aims to analyze system requirements and design a web- based catering ordering information system to improve efficiency and data accuracy. The method used is prototyping, which adopts an iterative approach involving users in the system evaluation and improvement process. The system is developed using the Laravel framework and is designed to serve two types of users: administrators and customers. Administrators can manage orders, menus, and customer data, while customers can view menus and place orders online. The final result of this study is a system design expected to streamline business processes, enhance customer service, and reduce errors in order management.
