Abstract
Es Teler 77 Sun Plaza Medan experienced a decline in customers’ intention, which resulted in a decreased sales data, caused by food appearance, ambiance, and service quality. The objective of this study is to analyze whether the visualization of food appearance, ambiance, and service quality have partial dan simultaneously influence towards customers’ intention to visit Es Teler 77 Sun Plaza Medan. visualization of food appearance, ambiance, and service quality play important roles in increasing customers’ intention to visit. In this research, the writer used quantitative, descriptive, causal research design and IBM SPSS statistics version 26. The sample size was 180 respondents and sampling technique used was purposive sampling. This research passed the validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test. The results of hypothesis test showed that food appearance, ambiance, and service quality have partial and simultaneous significant influence towards customers’ intention to visit Es Teler 77 Sun Plaza Medan and adjusted R square value of 60.7%. Recommendations for Es Teler 77 Sun Plaza Medan can thinly sliced fruit or twisted into a spiral. Es Teler 77 Sun Plaza Medan also needs to select fresh and ripe fruit for best results, use a combination of 3-5 types of fruit for flavor and texture variations. Es Teler 77 Sun Plaza Medan can create a neat table and chair layout by setting sufficient distance between tables and chairs, as well as good circulation. Es Teler 77 Sun Plaza Medan staff need to focus on interpersonal skills, menu knowledge, and speed and efficiency in serving customers.
