Abstract

Pada masa sekarang ini banyak sekolah menggunakan aplikasi Google Classroom, salah satunya adalah siswa SMA kota Kualasimpang, dimana Google Classroom ini membantu dalam pengajaran, dan pengumpulan tugas. Adapun pengguna dari Google Classroom pada sekolah SMA adalah siswa. Namun, dalam proses penerapannya terdapat beberapa kendala, terutama siswa, tentunya merasa memiliki kesulitan tersendiri ketika mengoperasikan platform ini. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan evaluasi terhadap Google Classroom untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pengguna terhadap aplikasi ini sehingga dapat dilakukan pengembangan terhadap aplikasi kedepannya. Untuk melakukan proses evaluasi ini, digunakan beberapa kuesioner untuk didistribusikan kepada para pengguna Google Classroom yang mencakup siswa. Setelah itu, akan digunakan metode system usability scale (SUS) untuk menganalisis seberapa puas user. Hasil penelitian memperoleh informasi bahwa tingkat kepuasan pengguna terhadap Google Classroom sudah cukup baik, yang terlihat pada nilai skala Likert yang mencapai 88.16%. Dari beberapa variabel yang digunakan, variabel Learnability, Efficiency, Memorability dan Satisfaction memiliki nilai Likert tertinggi. Hal ini berarti bahwa pengguna menganggap aplikasi Google Classroom cukup efisien untuk digunakan dalam membantu proses belajar mengajar dan aplikasi Google Classroom cukup mudah digunakan. / Nowadays, many schools use the Google Classroom application, one of which is high school students in Kualasimpang city, where Google Classroom helps in teaching and collecting assignments. The users of Google Classroom in high schools are students. However, in the implementation process there are several obstacles, especially students, certainly feel they have their own difficulties when operating this platform. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate Google Classroom to determine the level of user satisfaction with this application, so that future development of the application can be carried out. To carry out this evaluation process, several questionnaires are used to be distributed to Google Classroom users including students. After that, the system usability scale (SUS) method will be used to analyze how satisfied users are. The results of the study obtained information that the level of user satisfaction with Google Classroom was quite good, which can be seen from the Likert scale value which reached 88.16%. Of the several variables used, the Learnability, Efficiency, Memorability and Satisfaction variables have the highest Likert values. This means that users consider the Google Classroom application to be efficient enough to be used in helping the teaching and learning process and the Google Classroom application is quite easy to use.
