Abstract

This study, titled The Influence of Digital Marketing, Brand Image, and Online Promotion on Customer Satisfaction at PT. Erna World Tour and Travel, aims to investigate the impact of digital marketing, brand image, and online promotion on customer satisfaction within the context of PT. Erna World Tour and Travel, a prominent travel agency in Medan, Indonesia. The research employs a quantitative approach, utilizing a descriptive and causal research design to analyze data collected from 164 sample of 278 population respondent through questionnaires and interviews. The findings reveal that digital marketing and online promotion significantly influence customer satisfaction, with online promotion having the most substantial impact. This research passed the validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test and the equation is Customer Satisfaction = 3.072 + 0.160 Digital Marketing + 0.069 Brand Image + 0.574 Online Promotion. The results of hypothesis test showed that benefit, trust and user convenience have partial or simultaneous influence on customer satisfaction using PT. Erna World Tour and Travel and adjusted R square value of 40.2%. The study concludes that PT. Erna World Tour and Travel can improve customer satisfaction by enhancing its digital marketing strategies and increasing the effectiveness of its online promotions. Recommendations include optimizing the company's website for search engines, investing in targeted digital advertising, and leveraging influencer collaborations to boost brand visibility. Future research should consider expanding the scope to include additional variables and a more diverse sample to provide a more comprehensive understanding of customer satisfaction in the travel industry.
