Abstract
PT. Rantau Agronusa Sejahtera is a company engaged in palm oil. PT. Rantau Agronusa Sejahtera experienced a decline in repurchasing decisions, which resulted in a decrease in total customers caused by distribution, reputation, and responsiveness. The objective of this study is to investigate whether distribution, reputation, and responsiveness have partial and simultaneous towards repurchase decision at PT. Rantau Agronusa Sejahtera. Distribution, reputation, and responsiveness play important roles in increasing purchasing decisions.In this research, the writer used quantitative, descriptive, causal research design, and IBM SPSS statistics version 26. The sampling technique used was census sampling. The sample size was 31 respondents. This research passed the validity test, reliability test, and multiple linear regression test. The results of hyphoteses test showed that distribution has partial influence, reputation has partial influence, and responsiveness has partial influence towards repurchase decision at PT. Rantau Agronusa Sejahtera. Distribution, reputation, and responsiveness have simultaneous influence towards repurchase decision at PT. Rantau Agronusa Sejahtera and adjusted R square value of 66.9%.Recommendations for PT. Rantau Agronusa Sejahtera are the implementation of technologies such as GPS for all trucks and integrated transport systems to monitor and optimise distribution, maintain integrity and transparency in all business actions, such as being more open in the delivery of product quality by always providing details of the overall composition of CPO and provide quality service.
