Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kepuasan pengguna aplikasi layanan online Samsat Digital Nasional (SIGNAL) di Kota Medan menggunakan metode End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS). SIGNAL merupakan aplikasi resmi pemerintah untuk mempermudah pengurusan pajak kendaraan bermotor secara online. Namun, aplikasi ini masih mendapat banyak kritik dari masyarakat terkait kepuasan penggunaannya. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 100 responden. Analisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa kelima dimensi EUCS (Content, Accuracy, Format, Ease of Use, Timeliness) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna, dengan Ease of Use dan Content menjadi faktor paling dominan. Temuan ini diharapkan menjadi acuan untuk pengembangan aplikasi SIGNAL ke depan agar kualitas layanan dan kepuasan pengguna meningkat.
