Abstract

Sakuku experienced a decline in interest in using which resulted in decreased most popular e-wallet applications in indonesia caused by perceived benefits, perceived convenience and trust. Perceived benefits and perceived convenience play an important role in interest with trust as an intervening variable can encourage increased most popular e-wallet applications in Indonesia The purpose of this study is to test whether perceived benefits and perceived convenience influence trust and interest in using Sakuku. Then investigate whether trust mediates the influence of Perceived Benefits and Perceived Convenience toward Interest in using Sakuku. In this research, the writer used quantitative, descriptive, causal research design and SmartPLS. The sampling technique used was convenience sampling. The sample size of 97 respondents was calculated using the Lemeshow Formula. Data analysis techniques using SEM PLS. The results of hypothesis test showed that Perceived benefits has partial influence toward trust at Sakuku (2.136 > 1.96 and 0.033 > 0.05), Perceived convenience has partial influence toward trust at Sakuku (4,854> 1.96 and 0.000 > 0.05), Perceived benefits has partial influence toward interest in using Sakuku (6,626 > 1.96 and 0.000 > 0.05), Perceived convenience has partial influence toward interest in using Sakuku (2,082 > 1.96 and 0.038 > 0.05), Trust has partial influence toward interest in using Sakuku (4,854> 1.96 and 0.000 > 0.05), Trust mediate the influence of perceived benefits toward interest in using Sakuku(2,109 > 1.96 and 0.035 > 0.05 and Trust mediate the influence of perceived convenience toward interest in using Sakuku (4,261 > 1.96 and 0.000 > 0.05. Recommendations for Sakuku can adding more complete of bills than other e-wallets, such as paying insurance bills and BPJS, ensuring an easy registration process in KTP identification and improving Sakuku's reputation by providing many attractive and clear cashbacks, discounts, and loyalty programs. / Sakuku mengalami penurunan minat menggunakan yang mengakibatkan penurunan aplikasi e-wallet terpopuler di indonesia yang disebabkan oleh persepsi manfaat, persepsi kemudahan dan kepercayaan. Persepsi manfaat dan persepsi kemudahan berperan penting terhadap minat dengan kepercayaan sebagai variabel intervening dapat mendorong peningkatan aplikasi e-wallet terpopuler di indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji apakah manfaat yang dirasakan dan kemudahan yang dirasakan memengaruhi kepercayaan dan minat dalam menggunakan Sakuku. Kemudian menyelidiki apakah kepercayaan memediasi pengaruh Manfaat yang Dirasakan dan Kemudahan yang Dirasakan terhadap Minat dalam menggunakan Sakuku. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif, deskriptif, kausal dan SmartPLS. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah convenience sampling. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 97 responden dihitung dengan menggunakan Rumus Lemeshow. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SEM PLS. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa Manfaat yang dirasakan memiliki pengaruh parsial terhadap kepercayaan di Sakuku (2.136 > 1.96 dan 0.033 > 0.05), Persepsi kemudahan memiliki pengaruh parsial terhadap kepercayaan di Sakuku (4,854 > 1,96 dan 0,000 > 0,05), Persepsi manfaat memiliki pengaruh parsial terhadap minat menggunakan Sakuku (6,626 > 1,96 dan 0,000 > 0,05), Kenyamanan yang dirasakan memiliki pengaruh parsial terhadap minat menggunakan Sakuku (2.082 > 1,96 dan 0,038 > 0,05), Kepercayaan memiliki pengaruh parsial terhadap minat menggunakan Sakuku (4.854 > 1,96 dan 0,000 > 0,05), Kepercayaan memediasi pengaruh manfaat yang dirasakan terhadap minat menggunakan Sakuku (2.109 > 1, 96 dan 0,035 > 0,05), dan kepercayaan memediasi pengaruh persepsi kemudahan terhadap minat menggunakan Sakuku (4.261 > 1,96 dan 0,000 > 0,05). Rekomendasi untuk Sakuku adalah Sakuku dapat menambahkan tagihan Sakuku yang lebih lengkap dibandingkan e-wallet lainnya, seperti membayar tagihan asuransi dan BPJS, memastikan proses registrasi yang mudah dengan identifikasi KTP dan meningkatkan reputasi Sakuku dengan memberikan banyak cashback, diskon, dan program loyalitas yang menarik dan jelas.
