Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh lima variabel utama layanan klinik. Perilaku Interpersonal, Perilaku Profesionalisme, Kenyamanan, Aspek Finansial, dan Lingkungan Fisik terhadap kepuasan pasien serta dampaknya terhadap loyalitas pasien, dengan menguji peran moderasi faktor sosiodemografis (Usia, Jenis Kelamin, dan Penghasilan). Data diperoleh melalui survei cross-sectional secara online terhadap pasien Klinik XYZ, Jakarta. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) untuk menguji reliabilitas, validitas, serta hubungan antar variabel dalam model pengukuran (outer model) dan struktural (inner model). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perilaku Profesionalisme, Aspek Finansial, dan Lingkungan Fisik berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kepuasan pasien, sedangkan Perilaku Interpersonal dan Kenyamanan tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan. Selain itu, kepuasan pasien memiliki dampak yang kuat terhadap loyalitas pasien. Sementara itu, faktor sosiodemografis tidak memberikan efek moderasi yang signifikan dalam hubungan antara kepuasan pasien dan loyalitas pasien. Temuan tersebut menyoroti pentingnya peningkatan kualitas profesionalisme tenaga medis, efisiensi pengelolaan biaya, dan perbaikan lingkungan fisik sebagai upaya strategis untuk meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas pasien pada klinik. Implikasi manajerial dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dijadikan acuan bagi pengelola klinik dalam merancang strategi peningkatan kualitas layanan, serta memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan literatur manajemen pelayanan kesehatan di era persaingan yang semakin kompetitif. / This study aims to examine the influence of five key clinic service variables, Interpersonal Behavior, Professionalism Behavior, Comfort, Financial Aspects, and Physical Environment on patient satisfaction and its impact on patient loyalty, while also analyzing the moderating role of sociodemographic factors (Age, Gender, and Income). Data was obtained through an online cross-sectional survey of patients at XYZ Clinic, Jakarta. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to test reliability, validity, and relationships between variables in the measurement model (outer model) and structural model (inner model). The results show that Professionalism Behavior, Financial Aspects, and Physical Environment have a significant and positive influence on patient satisfaction, whereas Interpersonal Behavior and Comfort do not show a significant effect. Additionally, patient satisfaction has a strong impact on patient loyalty. Meanwhile, sociodemographic factors do not significantly moderate the relationship between patient satisfaction and patient loyalty. These findings highlight the importance of improving the professionalism of medical personnel, optimizing cost management efficiency, and enhancing the physical environment as strategic efforts to improve patient satisfaction and loyalty in clinics. The managerial implications of this study are expected to serve as a reference for clinic managers in designing service quality improvement strategies and contributing to the development of healthcare service management literature in an increasingly competitive era.
