Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan yang diterima, sikap merek, dan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan terhadap minat beli ulang konsumen pada Garuda Indonesia. Jenis penelitian ini adalah studi deskriptif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah pengunjung Garuda Indonesia. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data diperoleh dengan membagikan kuesioner tentang kualitas pelayanan kepada 255 responden. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat SEM AMOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sikap merek berpengaruh positif terhadap niat beli ulang, kualitas layanan yang di terima tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap niat beli ulang, tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap niat beli ulang, kualitas layanan yang diterima berpengaruh positif terhadap sikap merek, tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap sikap merek, dan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap kualitas layanan yang diterima
