PoE Program is a special program designed by the Citra Berkat organization to develop entrepreneurial characteristics in students. The purpose of this program is not only to teach students to trade. However, to teach students to find solutions to a problem. Currently, the PoE Program has been implemented for seven years at SMA Citra Berkat, requires a comprehensive evaluation, and there is no visible mastery of a person's characteristics.. The evaluation was carried out using the CIPP evaluation model using a mix method approach. The focus of the research includes the context, input, implementation, and products resulting from the PoE program. Through the research results, there are several stages that are good and there are stages that need to be improved so that the PoE program can run optimally. Based on the context evaluation, the PoE Program has been run well, because the PoE program has considered the organization's vision and mission. In the results of the input evaluation, there is no strategy for recruiting and developing PoE Teachers. In the results of the process, it is necessary to improve the sowing of perceptions in the implementation. In the product evaluation, there needs to be improvement and repair as soon as possible. T he conclusion from this research is that the PoE program has been implemented quite well with some improvements needed. By considering the results of the evaluation using the CIPP method, the PoE Program needs to be continued by implementing several improvements that need to be made. The recommendations are the need to develop criteria for teachers, add facilities and infrastructure, develop handbooks, strategies for developing teacher communities, and develop assessments. / Program PoE merupakan program khusus yang dirancang oleh organisasi Citra Berkat untuk membentuk karakteristik kewirausahaan dalam diri peserta didik. Tujuan program ini dibuat bukan hanya mengajarkan peserta didik untuk berdagang tetapi mengajarkan peserta didik untuk menemukan solusi dalam suatu masalah. Saat ini Program PoE telah dilaksanakan sudah selama tujuh tahun di SMA Citra Berkat, belum pernah dilakukan evaluasi secara menyeluruh, dan tidak terlihat penguasaan karakteristik seorang. Evaluasi dilaksanakan dengan model evaluasi CIPP dengan menggunakan pendekatan mix method. Fokus penelitian meliputi konteks, masukan, pelaksanaan, dan produk-produk yang dihasilkan dari program PoE. Melalui hasil penelitian, ada beberapa tahapan yang sudah baik dan ada tahapan yang perlu ditingkatkan agar program PoE dapat berjalan maksimal. Berdasarkan evaluasi konteks, Program PoE sudah dijalankan dengan baik karena program PoE sudah mempertimbangkan visi misi organisasi. Pada hasil evaluasi masukan, belum ada strategi perekrutan dan pengembangan guru-guru PoE. Pada hasil proses, perlu ditingkatkan mengenai penyamaan persepsi dalam pelaksanaan. Pada evaluasi produk, perlu adanya peningkatan dan perbaikan segera mungkin. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah program PoE sudah dilaksanakan cukup baik dengan perlu beberapa peningkatan. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi dengan menggunakan metode CIPP, Program PoE perlu dilanjutkan dengan menerapkan beberapa perbaikan. Adapun rekomendasi yang dapat diberikan adalah perlunya pengembangan kriteria bagi guru, penambahan sarana prasarana, pengembangan.
