Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor-faktor dalam kedokteran gigi yaitu harga, fasilitas, layanan dokter gigi dan layanan staf terhadap word of mouth dengan kepuasan pasien dan loyalitas pasien sebagai mediator di Klinik Gigi YDC. Penelitian ini melibatkan pasien yang berjumlah 181 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner berisi 35 pertanyaan dengan Skala Likert 1-5 berdasarkan teknik purposive sampling. Data dianalisis dengan metode PLS-SEM. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Persepsi Harga, Fasilitas, Layanan Dokter Gigi, dan Layanan Staf secara positif dan signifikan mempengaruhi Kepuasan Pasien. Selanjutnya, Kepuasan Pasien terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pasien serta Word of Mouth. Selain itu, Loyalitas Pasien juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Word of Mouth. Meskipun beberapa dimensi layanan (Fasilitas dan Layanan Dokter Gigi) tidak menunjukkan pengaruh langsung yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas, peran mediasi Kepuasan Pasien sangat krusial dalam membentuk loyalitas dan word of mouth dari seluruh dimensi layanan yang diteliti. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kepuasan pasien adalah fondasi utama yang mendorong loyalitas dan promosi dari mulut ke mulut dalam konteks layanan kesehatan gigi. / This study was conducted to analyze the influence of factors in dental practice, namely perceived price, facilities, dentist services, and staff services, on word of mouth, with patient satisfaction and patient loyalty as mediators at YDC Dental Clinic. This research involved 181 patients. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires containing 35 questions using a 1-5 Likert Scale based on a purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using the PLS-SEM method. The results of this study indicate that Price, Facilities, Dentist Services, and Staff Services positively and significantly influence Patient Satisfaction. Furthermore, Patient Satisfaction was proven to have a positive and significant effect on both Patient Loyalty and Word of Mouth. Additionally, Patient Loyalty also has a positive and significant influence on Word of Mouth. Although some service dimensions (Facilities and Dentist Services) did not show a direct significant influence on loyalty, the mediating role of Patient Satisfaction is crucial in shaping loyalty and word of mouth across all examined service dimensions. These findings affirm that patient satisfaction is the primary foundation driving loyalty and word-of-mouth promotion within the context of dental healthcare services.
