Abstract
Fiber optic adalah media transmisi yang memiliki bandwidth besar dengan tingkat atenuasi rendah, sehingga banyak digunakan dalam penyelenggaraan infrastruktur internet, sehingga penting untuk memperhatikan durasi proyek tersebut. Dalam pekerjaan ini dikembangkan sebuah aplikasi berbasi graphical user interface dengan extensi executable (.exe) untuk melakukan analisis data durasi proyek fiber optic. Aplikasi dapat melakukan pembacaan data, pengecekan data kosong, pembersihan data kosong, padding data, filter kategori, serta melakukan analisis menggunakan correlation diagram dan K-Means clustering. File comma separated values (.csv) merupakan input yang dapat dibaca oleh aplikasi ini, baik yang menggunakan pemisah kolom berupa koma atau titik koma. Data yang digunakan merupakan data proyek fiber optic di PT XYZ pada tahun 2024 hingga Juni 2025, yang terdiri atas 1431 data dan menyisakan 412 data yang siap dianalisis. Hasil menunjukkan durasi form survey dan perhitungan hasil survei (PHS) memiliki korelasi tertinggi terhadap total durasi, yaitu sebesar 0,62. Sementara itu durasi purchase order yang memiliki rata-rata persentase terbesar yaitu 28,55% hanya memiliki koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,39 terhadap total durasi. Hasil clustering menunjukkan pada rentang waktu tersebut proyek dengan nilai kecil dan durasi singkat mendominasi, namun plot scatter menunjukkan potensi efisiensi durasi karena masih terdapat beberapa outlier pada cluster tersebut. Aplikasi memudahkan pengguna melakukan analisis tanpa perlu membuka script coding, sehingga dapat mendukung pengambilan keputusan perusahaan. / Fiber optic is a transmission medium that has a large bandwidth with a low attenuation rate, so it is widely used in the implementation of internet infrastructure, it is important to pay attention to the duration of the project. In this work, a graphical user interface-based application with executable extension (.exe) was developed to analyze the duration of fiber optic project data. The application can read data, check empty data, clean empty data, do the data padding, filter categories, and perform analysis using correlation diagrams and K-Means clustering. This application is able to read comma-separated values (.csv) files using either comma or semicolon column separators. The data used is fiber optic project data at PT XYZ from 2024 to June 2025, which consists of 1431 data and leaving 412 data ready for analysis. The results show that the duration of the survey form and the calculation of survey results (PHS) have the highest correlation to the total duration, which is 0.62. Meanwhile, the duration of the purchase order which has the largest average percentage of 28.55% only has a correlation of 0.39 to the total duration. Clustering results show that projects with small values and short durations dominate within this timeframe. However, the scatterplot shows potential for duration efficiency due to the presence of several outliers within the cluster. The application allows users to perform analysis without needing to open a coding script, thus supporting corporate decision-making.
