Abstract
Perawat adalaah tenaga kesehatan yang memiliki peran penting dalam terbentuknya rumah sakit yang berkualitas. Kinerja seorang perawat adalah kualitas hasil kerja yang didapat oleh seorang pegawai dalam menjalankan tanggung jawabnya. Oleh karena itu upaya sebuah rumah sakit dalam peningkatan kinerja karyawan harus sangat diperhatikan agar mempunyai karyawan yang kualitas dan
memiliki kinerja yang memadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan langsung antara beban kerja, kepuasan kerja, keseimbangan kehidupan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta hubungan tidak langsung beban kerja dan keseimbangan kehidupan kerja terhadap kinerja perawat yang dimediasi kepuasan kerja perawat di Instalasi Cenadan RSUD Moewardi Surakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik sensus terhadap 93 perawat sebagai responden. Pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner melalui Google- form. Data yang diperoleh diolah dengan menggunakan metode analisis multivariate PLS-SEM dengan perangkat lunak SmartPLS. Hasilnya bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, sementara keseimbangan kehidupan kerja berpengaruh positif. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan serta dapat memediasi pengaruh beban kerja dan keseimbangan kehidupan kerja terhadap kinerja. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis terhadap pengembangan ilmu administrasi rumah sakit serta rekomendasi praktis bagi manajemen rumah sakit dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang optimal. / Nurses are healthcare professionals who play a crucial role in the establishment of a high-quality hospital. A nurse’s performance refers to the quality of work outcomes achieved by an employee in fulfilling their responsibilities. Therefore, a hospital's efforts to improve employee performance must be prioritized to ensure the presence of competent and high-performing staff. This study aims to analyze the direct relationship between workload, job satisfaction, and work-life balance on employee performance, as well as the indirect relationship between workload and work-life balance on nurses' performance
mediated by job satisfaction at the Cenadan Unit of Moewardi Regional General Hospital, Surakarta. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a census technique involving 93 nurses as respondents. Data were collected using a questionnaire distributed via Google Forms. The data were processed using multivariate analysis with PLS-SEM method and SmartPLS software. The results indicate that workload has a effect on job satisfaction, and also influences job satisfaction. Job satisfaction influences
employee performance and mediates the effect of workload and work-life balance on performance. This study provides theoretical contributions to the development of hospital administration science and practical recommendations for hospital management in optimizing human resource management.
