Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Klinik XYZ di Jakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini, yaitu seluruh karyawan yang bekerja dalam klinik XYZ, berjumlah 52 orang. Penelitian ini merupakan sensus terhadap seluruh karyawan sehingga jumlah sampel yang akan diambil dalam penelitian ini berupa 52 orang. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner melalui google form dengan menggunakan skala likert. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4.0. PLS-SEM. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, kepuasan karyawan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja / This study was conducted to determine the effect of work motivation, job satisfaction, organizational commitment on employee performance at the XYZ Clinic in Jakarta. This study is a quantitative study. The population in this study, namely all employees working in the XYZ clinic, totaled 52 people. This study is a census of all employees so that the number of samples to be taken in this study is 52 people. The data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires via google form using a Likert scale. The data analysis method used in this study is Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the help of SmartPLS 4.0 software. PLS-SEM. The results of this study are that work motivation has a positive effect on performance, organizational commitment has a positive effect on performance, work motivation has a positive effect on job satisfaction, organizational commitment has a positive effect on job satisfaction, employee satisfaction has a positive effect on performance, work motivation has a positive effect on performance mediated by job satisfaction and organizational commitment has a positive effect on performance mediated by job satisfaction.
