Abstract
Peredaran obat palsu berdampak negatif terhadap kesehatan konsumen dan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap industri farmasi dan Badan Pengawas Obat dan
Makanan (BPOM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem pencetakan kode QR pada Kemasan Sekunder sebagai respons atas kebijakan dalam Peraturan BPOM No. 22 tahun 2022 mengenai penerapan 2D Barcode, untuk mempermudah masyarakat dalam mengidentifikasi keaslian obat. Kode QR memuat informasi produk seperti Nomor Izin Edar (NIE), nomor batch, tanggal kedaluarsa, dan nomor serialisasi yang dapat dipindai konsumen dalam aplikasi BPOM Mobile. Mekanisme cetak kode QR dimulai dengan mengirim data kepada printer Hitachi
Thermal Jet 4400 (HTJ-4400) melalui mikrokontroler ESP32-S2 versi Lolin S2 Mini dengan Universal Serial Bus On The Go (USB OTG) dan protokol komunikasi Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP) melalui akses web-server lokal. Sementara sistem pengolahan data dilakukan dengan framework Representational State Application Programming Interface (REST API), Django 3.2, dan PostreSQL untuk menyerahan produksi obat melalui applikasi Track and Trace BPOM secara berkala. Mekanisme pencetakan kode QR telah berjalan dengan baik dengan akurasi pemindahan data dari API ke database (DB) sebesar 100%, tingkat akurasi
pengiriman data dari mikrokontroler ke printer sebesar 100% dengan waktu transmisi data melalui WiFi selama 5 menit, tingkat akurasi pengiriman data dari DB ke API sebesar 100%. Sementara sistem QC (Quality Control) mencapai tingkat akurasi ± 0.5% untuk berat kemasan 3-8 kg dengan uji coba 250-450 siklus penimbangan per hari pada 5 hari kerja, durasi sistem memerlukan waktu 1 menit
untuk proses penimbangan dan pencetakan kode pada kemasan tersier. Selain itu, untuk mempertahankan tingkat akurasi penimbangan, kalibrasi perlu dilakukan 1 kali setiap minggu. / The circulation of counterfeit drugs negatively impacts consumer health and public trust in the pharmaceutical industry and the National Agency of Drug and Food Control (BPOM). This research aims to design a QR code printing system on Secondary Packaging in response to BPOM Regulation No. 22 of 2022 concerning
the implementation of 2D Barcodes, making it easier for the public to identify genuine medicines. The QR code contains product information such as Marketing Authorization Number (NIE), batch number, expiration date, and serialization number, which consumers can scan using the BPOM Mobile application. The QR code printing mechanism begins by sending data to a Hitachi Thermal Jet 4400
(HTJ-4400) printer via an ESP32-S2 Lolin S2 Mini microcontroller using Universal Serial Bus On The Go (USB OTG) and Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP)
communication protocol through local web-server access. Data processing is handled by the Representational State Application Programming Interface (REST API) framework, Django 3.2, and PostgreSQL for periodic submission of drug production data via the BPOM Track and Trace application. Overall, the QR code printing mechanism has performed well, with 100% accuracy in data transfer from the API to the database (DB), 100% accuracy in data transmission from the microcontroller to the printer with a data transmission time via WiFi of 5 minutes, and 100% accuracy in data transmission from the DB to the API. Meanwhile the
QC (Quality Control) process of the tertiary packaging system resulted in a ± 0.5% accuracy level for 3-8 kg loads with 250-450 daily weighing cycles done on business days. Furthermore, the calibration frequency needed to maintain accuracy should be done once a week.
