Every child has children’s rights that must be protected and respected by everyone. Indonesia, as a country based on law, recognizes children’s rights. Thus, Indonesia’s awareness of children’s rights will not be doubted. However, in reality, there are still many violations of children’s rights happening every day. Through this research, the laws regarding children’s rights in Indonesia and Indonesia's efforts to implement the protection of children's rights will be analyzed. The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors that cause and contributed to children's rights violations in Indonesia. The result of this legal research will show the factors that cause and contributed to children’s rights violations that occur in Indonesia. Thus, this research may give contribution and input to those who are implementing the protection of children’s rights in Indonesia.
