Abstract
Puskesmas Sepatan adalah puskesmas percontohan di Kabupaten Tangerang dan merupakan puskesmas yang paling lama menyelenggarakan pelayanan rawat inap dibanding tiga puskesmas lainnya di Kabupaten Tangerang, namun masih ada 139 komplain pasien pada tahun 2010 yang merasa pelayanan keperawatan kurang baik. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan keperawatan di puskesmas Sepatan Kabupaten Tangerang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif analitis dengan metode korelasional kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectonal kepada pasien rawat inap. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pasien unit rawat inap Puskesmas Sepatan pada periode 12 Desember 2011 sampai 25 Desember 2011. Sampel diambil secara accidental sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji bivariat Spearman’s. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa setiap faktor yang dianalisa tidak semuanya berhubungan dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien. Faktor yang berhubungan adalah pelayanan, lokasi, desain visual, suasana dan komunikasi. Rekomendasi penelitian ini bahwa puskesmas masih perlu meningkatkan keseluruhan kualitas jasa yang diberikan agar mampu memberikan tingkat kepuasan yang tertinggi bagi pengguna jasanya / Sepatan Health Center is a pilot health center in Tangerang and is the oldest health center for inpatient services other than the three health centers in Tangerang district. There are 139 complaints in 2010 by patients who experienced dissatisfaction in nursing care. This study is conducted to identify the factors related to patient satisfaction level of nursing services in the health center in Sepatan Tangerang regency. This research is descriptive analysis research with quantitative correlational approach using cross sectional study. The study population consists of patients in Sepatan health center, inpatient unit, for the period from December 12, 2011 until December 25, 2011. Samples were taken by accidental sampling. Bivariate analysis of data used Spearman's test. This study revealed that every factor in the analysis is not all related to the level of patient satisfaction. In addition, there are factors that have correlation with patient satisfaction level are service, location, visual design, circumstance and communication. Recommendation of this study is the clinic still needs to improve the overall quality of service provided in order to provide the highest level of satisfaction for users of its services.
