Abstract

Dunia internet terus berkembang dari tahun ke tahun, hal tersebut dapat dilihat dengan mulai bermunculannya bisnis yang berbasis internet atau online. Marketplace merupakan salah satu jenis bisnis online yang sedang berkembang pesat pada saat ini. Pada tahun 2017 PT Akulaku Silvrr Indonesia meluncurkan layanan marketplace berbasis mobile application bernama Akulaku. Kemampuan dari mobile application Akulaku dalam bersaing terbukti dengan terus meningkatnya pengguna dari mobile application Akulaku yang terus meningkat setiap tahunnya. Dalam bersaing dengan perusahaan marketplace lainnya, Akulaku terus melakukan inovasi dengan promosi yang baru dan menarik. Dengan promosi yang menarik tentu akan menarik pengguna dari mobile application untuk berbelanja di Akulaku. Akulaku membagi barang-barang yang dijual melalui mobile application menjadi 10 kategori, salah satunya adalah kategori men fashion. Di dalam kategori men fashion terbagi lagi menjadi 5 sub kategori dan memiliki PIC yang bertanggung jawab dalam menjalin hubungan dengan merchant dan aktivitas promosi. Salah satu sub kategori dari men fashion yang memiliki pemasukan tertinggi adalah sub kategori sepatu. PIC dari sub kategori sepatu diharuskan bisa mempertahankan dan meningkatkan GMV dari sub kategori sepatu. Aktivitas promosi yang menarik dan tepat menjadi kunci dalam meraih target yang ditetapkan. / The internet things is getting better from years to years, this can be seen by starting the emergence of internet-based or online businesses. Marketplace is one type of online business that is growing rapidly at this time. In 2017 PT Akulaku Silvrr Indonesia launched a mobile application-based marketplace service called Akulaku. The ability of Akulaku's mobile application to compete is proven by the increasing number of users of Akulaku's mobile application which continues to increase every year. In competing with other marketplace companies, Akulaku continues to innovate with new and interesting promotions. Attractive promotion will certainly attract users of mobile applications to shop at Akulaku. Akulaku divides goods sold through mobile applications into 10 categories, one of it is men fashion category. In the men's fashion category, it is divided into 5 sub-categories and has a PIC that is responsible for establishing relationships with merchants and promotional activities. One of the sub categories of men fashion that has the highest income is the shoe sub category. The PIC of the shoe sub category is required to be able to maintain and improve the GMV of the shoe sub category. Attractive and appropriate promotional activities are the key in achieving the targets set.
