Abstract

Dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah mendorong masyarakat untuk beralih dari tradisional menjadi modern. Dalam memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi, masyarakat mulai menggunakan media sosial untuk menjadi tempat melakukan bisnis. Seperti halnya dengan PT Multi Karya Berkat yang memanfaatkan media sosial Instagram guna mengembangkan brand equity salah satu anak perusahaannya yaitu The Entrepreneurs Society. The Entrepreneurs Society ini adalah brand komunitas para pengusaha, di mana komunitas ini memiliki misi untuk menjadi wadah para pengusaha mengembangkan bisnisnya. The Entrepreneurs Society memiliki visi di mana tidak adanya lagi diskriminasi SARA agar para pengusaha di Indonesia dapat semakin maju. Aktivitas media sosial The Entrepreneurs Society menerapkan content marketing pada platform media sosial yakni Instagram untuk dapat meningkatkan brand equity perusahaan. Sehingga peranan content creator sangat penting agar dapat menghasilkan content yang memberikan dampak positif terhadap perusahaan. Adapun proses dalam pembuatan content marketing yang harus dilalui agar content yang dihasilkan dapat terus berkembang menjadi lebih baik dan selalu mendapatkan respon positif dari audience yang melihat. / With the rapid development of information and communication technology, it has encouraged people to switch from traditional to modern. In utilizing technological developments, people have begun to use social media to become a place to do business. With the case of PT Multi Karya Berkat which utilizes Instagram social media to developing the brand equity of one of its subsidiaries, The Entrepreneurs Society. The Entrepreneurs Society is a community brand of entrepreneurs, where the community has a mission to be a place for entrepreneurs to develop their business. The Entrepreneurs Society has a vision where there is no longer discrimination SARA so that entrepreneurs in Indonesia can be more successful. Social media activities The Entrepreneurs Society applies content marketing on social media platforms namely Instagram to increase the company's brand equity. So the role of content creators is very important in order to produce content that has a positive impact on the company. The process of making content marketing must be passed so that the content produced can continue to develop for the better and always get a positive response from the audience.
