Abstract

Perkembangan era teknologi komunikasi telah membawa perubahan yang signifikan dalam berbagai bidang, baik ekonomi, politik maupun sosial. Dalam bidang ekonomi, perkembangan teknologi komunikasi telah membantu terbangunnya sistem perdagangan melalui jalur elektronik (e-commerce). Perilaku usaha banyak yang beralih haluan mengikuti era e-commerce ini. Karena itu bagi pelaku usaha terutama Usaha Kecil Menegah (UKM) teknologi ini sangat membantu dan perlu mendapatkan perhatian yang serius. The Entreprenuer Society sebagai wadah yang membina UKM sering mengadakan event Master Class untuk membantu para wirausahawan mengembangakan penggunaan media sosial bagi bisnisnya. Laporan magang ini akan memfokuskan pada pemetaan consumer decision process model dalam event yang di lakukan di The Entrepreneurs Society dengan memanfaatkan marketing communication tools untuk meciptakan pendekatan dengan para wirasuahawan melalui media sosial. The Entrepreneur Society telah menerapkan lima dari tujuh tahap proses pengambilan keputusan konsumen dari kosnep buku Consumer Behaviour oleh James F. Engel and David T. Kollat Gail Tom, Roger D. Blackwell (2012). / The development of communication technology era has brought significant changes in various fields such as economy, politic and social. In the economic field, the development of communication technology has helped trading systems through electronic channels (e-commerce). Many businesses have followed this e-commerce era. Therefore, for most businesses, especially in Small Scale Business, this technology is very helpful and needs serious attention. The Entrepreneur Society as a forum for developing a Small Scale Business often holds Master Class events to help entrepreneurs develop the use of social media for their business. This internship report will focus on mapping the consumer decision process model in events taken in The Entrepreneurs Society by utilizing marketing communication tools to approach entrepreneurs through social media. The Entrepreneur Society has implemented five out of seven stages of the consumer decision making process in the Consumer Behavior book concept by James F. Engel and David T. Kollat Gail Tom, Roger D. Blackwell (2012).
