Inter-Time Replacement Arrangements for Members of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia is a mechanism for the Replacement and Dismissal of Members of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia from their positions by Political Parties. Intermittent Replacement of Members of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia can be done because; passed away, resigned, and was dismissed. This thesis discusses the intertemporal replacement of the members of the Indonesian House of Representatives proposed by political parties. This type of research is normative legal research by also describing case number: 214 / Pdt.G / 2016.PN.JKT.Sel, this case tells of Inter-Time Replacement Mr. Fahri Hamzah as Deputy Chair of the House of Representatives for the 2014-2019 period by the Prosperous Justice Party. It can be concluded that in the Interim Time Replacement process, Member of the House of Representatives, Mr. Fahri Hamzah, experienced many irregularities that were not in accordance with the laws and regulations. My suggestion is the need to increase the provisions of the mechanism to replace members of the People's Representative Council of the Republic of Indonesia through a petition.
