Abstract

Guest awareness of green hotels concept is dramatically increased especially, millennial age tourists. Guests’ perceptions could be an important essence for aligning with the green hotel practices implemented especially with the distinct needs of Millennial generation in Jakarta. The research is replica research from the previous studies. The research purpose is to seek out the level of customers’ intention to return especially Millennials who know about the basic of green practices and green hotel. The research will use TPB application around Jakarta area. The research is using a quantitative approach and using 5-Likert-scale questionnaires. 125 samples data as Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) analysis is chosen to descriptively identify the data. The 3 hypotheses were all proven true, which means Millennials is proven to have significant relationship to their Intention to Return based on the Attitude, Subjective Norms, and Perceived Behavioural Control variables. / Kesadaran pengujung atas konsep hotel ‘hijau’ bertambah secara dramatis terutama pengujung generasi Millenial. Persepsi seorang tamu akan menjadi esensi yang penting untuk arah yang sesuai dengan implementasi pelaksanaan green hotel khususnya kepada kebutuhan Millenial yang berada di Jakarta. Riset ini merupakan replikasi dari studi sebelumnya. Riset ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat keinginan pengunjung untuk kembali khususnya Millennial yang telah mengetahui tentang persepsi ramah lingkungan dalam praktisi maupun dalam sebuah hotel. Riset ini akan menggunakan pengaplikasi dari teori TPB. Riset ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kuestionaire skala Likert. Studi ini menggunakan metode statistik Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) untuk mengidentifikasi data secara deskriptif dari 125 responden. 3 hipotesa dibuktikan benar, yang artinya Millennial memiliki hubungan yang siknifikan kepada Intention to Return berdasarkan pada variabel Attitude, Subjective Norms, dan Perceived Behavioural Control.
