Project management merupakan salah satu elemen penting dalam mendukung kesuksesan sebuah project. Project management dapat mencegah terjadinya keterlambatan dengan membuat jadwal kerja yang efektif. Project yang terhambat dapat merugikan stakeholder dari project tersebut. PT Compro Kotak Inovasi adalah perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang piranti lunak. Saat ini PT Compro Kotak Inovasi sedang mengalami kesulitan dalam mendokumentasi detail project sehingga menyulitkan PM dalam menyusun jadwal pengerjaan dalam project agar tidak terjadi overlapping. Tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut dengan membuat project management tools berbasis website yang dapat mencatat seluruh detail pekerjaan. Selain mencatat, sistem ini juga dapat membantu PM dalam melihat informasi dan laporan keseluruhan project yang ada. Dalam mengerjakan tugas akhir ini, metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan studi literatur. Metodologi pengembangan sistem menggunakan prototyping. Permodelan sistem menggunakan UML versi 2.5. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan framework laravel. Hasil dari tugas akhir ini adalah sistem informasi untuk project management berbasis web yang dapat memfasilitasi dalam proses pengerjaan project. Sistem ini memiliki fitur seperti, workload, gantt-chart, task tracker, dan laporan project. Sistem ini memudahkan PM dalam melihat seluruh detail project dan pembagian tugas menjadi lebih merata dengan adanya fitur workload. / Project management is one important element in supporting the success of a project. In this final project, the data collection methods used are interviews, observation, and literature study. System development methodology uses prototyping. Modeling the system using UML version 2.5. The system was developed using the Laravel framework. The result of this final project is an information system for web-based project management that can facilitate the project work process. This system has features such as workload, gantt-charts, task tracker, and project reports. This system makes it easy for the PM to see all project details and the division of tasks to be more evenly distributed with the workload feature.
