Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan guna mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kepuasan
pelanggan, kepercayaan serta kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada PT
Honda Istana Carindo. Penelitian ini mengimplementasikan metode survei, dimana
kuesioner digunakan sebagai instrument untuk mengumpulkan data dari responden.
Sebanyak 150. Seluruh data kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan metode Regresi
Linear Berganda dengan perangkat lunak SPSS 23.0. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan
data, Penulis menyimpulkan bahwa kualitas layanan, kepercayaan serta kepuasan
pelanggan berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada PT Honda Istana
Carindo.
