Research are done in legal research method, mainly using books as reference and the writer use debriefing with practitioners from several consumer financing companies. This research is aimed at the process of length in four wheels vehicle lease and its legal consequences breach of contract in it. From the research, writer came onto a conclusion that the process in the regulations and in practice are both done the same, although there are some adjustments to be made from each company differ one onto another. The legal consequences of breach of contract is an execution of leasing’s object which would be enlisted to the auction house for sale later on. The auction results will be used to pay off the obligation that the consumer had neglected, which is debt of the car along with additional fee that comes with it.
