Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat gambaran work-life balance karyawan wanita divisi human resources pada PT Mitra Adi Perkasa (MAP Fashion). Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan wanita di MAP fashion yang sudah bekerja minimal 1 tahun. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 4 karyawan wanita dengan menggunakan purposive sampling.
