Dalam industri minuman, plastik adalah salah satu produk yang murah, efisien dan mudah dicari sebagai wadah minuman, akan tetapi keberadaan plastik berdampak negatif bagi lingkungan dan rantai makanan laut. Tujuan penelitian sebagai produk alternatif dan subtitusi yang dapat digunakan sebagai wadah minuman dalam jasa minuman. Edible cup adalah produk berbentuk gelas dapat dimakan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode ekperimen kuantitatif dengan melakukan proses uji coba. Pengumpulan sampel menggunakan uji hedonik dan organoleptik dengan 30 panelis. Bahan edible cup sendiri pada dasarnya adalah bahan adonan pie. Hasil uji coba membuktikan edible cup dari bahan dasar adonan pie bisa dijadikan sebagai wadah minuman. / In the beverage industry, plastic is one of the products that is cheap, efficient and easy to find as a beverage container, but the presence of plastic has a negative impact on the environment and the seafood chain. The purpose of the study as an alternative product and substitution that can be used as a beverage container in beverage services. Edible cups are edible glass-shaped products. The study was conducted by quantitative experimental methods by conducting a trial process. Sample collection used hedonic and organoleptic tests with 30 panelists. The edible cup itself is basically a pie mixture. The results of trials prove the edible cup from the basic ingredients of the pie mixture can be used as a beverage container".
