Abstract

UPH sebagai institusi pendidikan, melihat peranan teknologi sebagai aspek pendukung yang penting dalam melangsungkan aktivitas rutin proses pendidikan. Sebagai institusi pendidikan yang memiliki kurang lebih 3000 mahasiswa, UPH tentu memerlukan sebuah departemen yang mengelola informasi terkait aktivitas mahasiswa dengan tepat. Student Life merupakan salah satu departemen di UPH yang bertanggung jawab untuk setiap kegiatan kemahasiswaan yang berlangsung di UPH. Student Life memiliki 3 divisi yaitu Student Services, Student Stewardship, dan Spiritual Growth for Student. Divisi Student Stewardship memiliki bagian fokus nya masing-masing, salah satunya bertanggung jawab serta melangsungkan wisuda di UPH. Selama melaksanakan proses registrasi, panitia wisuda menggunakan Microsoft Excel untuk keperluan registrasi dan pengolahan data. Panitia wisuda perlu menyesuaikan data Microsoft Excel yang diberikan oleh ADAK untuk mendapatkan gambaran seberapa banyak data winisudawan yang akan diwisudakan. Sistem akan dirancang menggunakan metodologi prototyping melalui bahasa pemrograman PHP dan mobile. Pemodelan yang digunakan untuk merancang sistem yaitu UML 2.5 yang mencakup class diagram, use case diagram, dan activity diagram. Hasil yang akan didapat melalui Tugas Akhir ini merupakan sistem yang dapat membantu proses pendataan, pencarian, dan pemberian informasi terhadap keberlangsungan kegiatan wisuda di Universitas Pelita Harapan. Tugas akhir ini dibuat dengan tujuan menyediakan sistem yang dapat membantu proses sistem registrasi dan manajemen data winisuda bagi divisi Student Stewardship untuk menunjang perkembangan dari kegiatan wisuda di Universitas Pelita Harapan. / As an Educational Institution, UPH sees the role of technology as an important supporting aspect in carrying out routine educational process activities. As an educational institution that has more or less 3000 students to manage to, UPH certainly needs a department that manages information regarding student activities appropriately. Student Life is one of the departments at UPH that is responsible for every student activity that takes place at UPH. Student Life has three main divisions which are Student Services, Student Stewardship, and Spiritual Growth for Student. The Student Stewardship Division has its own focus section, one of which is being responsible and holding graduations at UPH. The graduation registration process is carried out by the committee using Microsoft Excel. The graduation committee needs to adjust the Microsoft Excel data provided by ADAK to get an idea of how much student data will be graduated. The system will be designed using prototyping methodology through the PHP and mobile programming languages. The modeling used to design the system is UML 2.5 which includes class diagrams, use case diagrams, and activity diagrams. The results that will be obtained through this Final Project are a system that can help the process of data collection, searching, and providing information on the continuation of graduation activities at Pelita Harapan University. This final project was created with the aim of providing a system that can help the process of graduation registration and data management system for the Student Stewardship division to support the development of graduation activities at Pelita Harapan University.
