The purpose of this research is to analyze the type of engagement that arises from investment cooperation agreements for advertising according to the Civil Code and legal protection for the parties who have suffered losses default in Decision Number 460/Pdt.G/2019/PN Tng. Based on the performed research, the results are: First, the type of engagement arising from investment cooperation agreements for advertising, which according to the object constitutes a positive engagement (Article 1243 of the Civil Code), according to the subject, is a binding agreement (Article 1278 of the Civil), then according to the period of time validity it is an agreement with the stipulation of time (Article 1269 of the Civil Code). Second, Legal protection that can be given to the parties who have suffered losses can file a lawsuit based on the act of breach of contract and on the decision can be done ordinary legal efforts, namely verzet, cassation, and appeal, while for extraordinary legal efforts, namely dardenverzet, and judicial review.
