Abstract
Penelitian ini membahas pengaruh tingkat kompetisi pasar terhadap komposisi bank debt dari perusahaan-perusahaan di Indonesia. Peneliti mengobservasi 285 perusahaan Indonesia dengan sampel sebanyak 2850 observasi yang didapat dari Capital IQ pada tahun 2009 sampai 2018. Model regresi yang dipakai peneliti adalah fixed effect model. Hasil yang didapatkan oleh peneliti adalah HHI tidak mempunyai pengaruh terhadap bank debt.
