Abstract
Peran manusia sangat penting untuk keberhasilan suatu perusahaan, maka diperlukan adanya pelatihan untuk mengembangkan kemampuan dan keterampilan karyawan. Penelitian terkait dengan bagaimana pengaruh motivation for training, access to training, benefit from training, support for training terhadap organizational commitment di PT Asuransi Bina Dana Arta Tbk. Peneliti memilih subjek penelitian yaitu karyawan di perusahaan tersebut dengan jumlah sampel yang digunakan 90 responden. Teknik yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data yaitu dengan penyebaran kuesioner dengan skala pengukuan yaitu skala likert. Data yang terkumpul kemudian diuji dengan menggunakan program SmartPLS 3.2.8. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Motivation for training dan Access to training tidak berpengaruh terhadap Organizational Commitment, Benefit from Training dan Support for Training berpengaruh terhadap Organizational Commitment. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat berguna sebagai masukan bagi perusahaan dalam memberikan program pelatihan dan fleksibilitas dalam program pelatihan untuk memotivasi karyawan di PT Asuransi Bina Dana Arta Tbk. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga memberikan beberapa keterbatasan dalam penelitian dan saran, sehingga peneliti selanjutnya dapat membuat penelitian yang lebih baik dari sebelumnya.
