Economic growth is very essential in a country to achieve a successful economic development. Government’s role is to improve the country’s economic state so that the country becomes prosperous and wealthy. Economic improvement in Indonesia is not solely to increase the country’s income, but it affects greatly to the opening of new working fields, thus, reduce the unemployment. One of the ways that can be done by the government to improve the economic development in Indonesia is to improve the business opportunity in form of business entity, both private and governmental, because with opening a business entity, such as a corporation, it will drive the economic development and income. In this internship report, the author discussed about the development of a domestic capital investment. The research problem that the author discussed was the process of building the domestic capital investment corporation and the role of a notary public in the development of PT Seraya Bebek Indonesia. The development of a corporation has to fulfill some terms and conditions according to the Corporate Law and other related laws. The role of a notary in the development of a company is providing a service to create an Article of Association (AKTA), because according to the law, notary has the authority to create an valid AKTA. During the internship, author earned a lot of experiences about the work of a notary which is involved in developing PT Seraya Bebek Indonesia. The development of PT Seraya Bebek Indonesia has fulfilled the existing laws. From author’s perspective, the development of a corporation in Indonesia has been very facilitated by the government, hence, the process was quick and easy.
