Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis anteseden dari perceived impact of change dan pengaruhnya terhadap kesiapan karyawan di dalam menghadapi perubahan organisasi. Anteseden tersebut meliputi, karakteristik individu; core self-evaluation, karakteristik kontekstual; trust in management, communication climates dan sikap dalam bekerja; job satisfaction terhadap perceived impact of change. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Universitas XYZ yang sedang mengalami perubahan sistem administrasi terpusat di bagian administrasi akademik dari tahun 2018 sampai saat ini. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah, hasil penyebaran kuesioner kepada seluruh karyawan sudah yang bekerja diatas 2 tahun sebanyak 30 responden dengan teknik non probability sampling yaitu, sampling jenuh (sensus). Teknik analisis data menggunakan Metode Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan aplikasi SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini, menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif core self-evaluation terhadap individual readiness to change dan job satisfaction. Kedua, hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik kontekstual (trust in management, communication climate), berpengaruh positif terhadap perceived impact to change. Ketiga, hasil penelitian
menunjukkan sikap dalam bekerja (job satisfaction) berpengaruh negatif terhadap perceive impact of change. Keempat hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif perceived impact of change terhadap individual readiness to change pada karyawan administrasi akademik universitas XYZ. / The purpose of this study was to analyze the antecedents of the perceived impact of change and its effect on employee readiness in dealing with
organizational change. The antecedents include, individual characteristics; core self-evaluation, contextual characteristics; trust in management, communication climates and attitude at work; job satisfaction with perceived impact of change. This research was conducted at XYZ University which is undergoing a change in the centralized administration system in the academic administration section from
2018 to the present. The data used in this study are, the results of the distribution of questionnaires to all employees who have worked over 2 years as many as 30
respondents with non-probability sampling techniques, namely, saturation sampling (census). Data analysis techniques used the Partial Least Square (PLS). Method with the SmartPLS 3.0 application. The results of this study, indicate the positive influence of core self-evaluation on individual readiness to change and
job satisfaction. Second, the results of the study also showed that contextual characteristics (trust in management, communication climate), had a positive
effect on perceived impact to change. Third, the results of the study show that attitude at work (job-satisfaction) has a negative effect on perceive. The four
results showed a positive effect on the perceived impact of change on individual readiness to change in XYZ university academic administration employees.
