Abstract
In the 2019-2024 Legislative Election in Banten III Electoral City, the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle won 3 seats in the Indonesian Parliament, the three elected PDI-P candidates were Rano Karno, Ananta Wahana, and Marinus Gea, by winning the most seats than any other party then of course this will benefit the party in the DPR in bringing the party's vision and mission and also provide benefits in making policies or regulations going forward. Then the right targeted strategy is needed so that it can gain seats in the Indonesian Parliament. Researchers use Social Judgement Theory
This study uses a qualitative perspective approach, researchers choose to use qualitative descriptive research methods, collecting researcher data through observation, informants and documentation or archives.
Results of the analysis of the researchers' data exposure can be concluded that the three candidates and the Team have conducted previous research and surveys in the regions chosen for campaigning, in this case carried out at the village and village level, because each region has a different reception area and rejection of message information, then by knowing the issues or messages that can enter and be accepted and rejected in the community, then the Legislative Candidate and the Team will adjust the issue to the message content in the campaign areas that have been conducted before the survey, then also with the credibility of the informants namely the Legislative Candidates and community leaders increase the reception area information in the community.
